Part 2: Characteristic

■ Good operating performance, the spray rate regulating valve arranged at the left side for easy use.
■ High coating efficiency: new low pressure high atomization nozzle to improve the coating rate and save the paint drastically.

■ long service life: paint valve seat and firing pin made of wear-resistance tungsten steel which can be used for long time and no need to replace often.

■ High safety efficiency: if wrong operate or abnormal voltage,current, the circuit protection system will automatic interrupt , discharge and buzzer alarm quickly to improve the operation safety.

Part 5 Electrostatic spray gun controller：

1. Efficient multivoltage curve setting, continuous and stable output current ,high voltage.Under the electric force ,the good atomized paint particles produce the electrostatic encircling effect, it can increase the coating capacity.

2. Use electronic switch, overcurrent automatic power-off and discharge, buzzer alarm, high safety efficiency. 

3. According to the painting condition,high voltage is step less adjustable which is suitable for all type works and paint, convenient voltage trimming. 

Water paint electrostatic spray gun, paint spray gun---nozzle has four options as per the different paint and required coated parts.

A. Fantype nozzle( flat blow nozzle) suitable for electrostatic paint coating for automobile, electric appliance, big flat area and dead angle

B. Plastic steel nozzle suitable for transparent /general paint coating.

C. GI round nozzle (high coating capacity, high efficiency, high atomization) suitable for electrostatic liquid transparent paint coating.
