 Part 1 Detailed description for powder coating line

1. Pre-treatment for cleaning

1)  Spray pretreatment tunnel

As the shell will contact with pretreatment chemical directly, it should be made of stainless steel AISI 304, thickness :1.2-1.5mm. Bracket does not contact with chemical which will be made of carbon steel, treated by hot hip galvanizing for anti-corrosion purpose.

2)  Tanks

Tanks are welded with leak-proof material. The liquid for degreasing and rinsing is neutral or alkaline and for Phosphating is acidic solution ,So the tanks for degreasing ,rinsing and phosphating stages are made of AISI 304 stainless steel ,thickness 2.0-3.0mm,and the Brackets normally do not contact with chemical which will be made of carbon steel treated by hot dip galvanizing for anti-corrosion purpose. Heated tanks are isolated by 50mm rock wool isolation panel

1)      Phosphating deposition remove

There is always sediment generated because of the phosphating chemical reaction. The sediment should be removed to avoid nozzles blocked. The deposition tower is put besides the phosphating tank, so that the sediment can be deposited and removed easily. The tower is made of AISI 304 stainless steel , thickness: 2.5-3.0mm

2)      Pumps

Each tank has its own pump for spraying system. All pumps have mechanical seal and made by tough material, which is durable for chemical. The pumps for degreasing and rinsing stages are standard chemical pumps, the pump for phosphating stage is stainless steel chemical pump.

3)      Spraying pipes

The main pipe for degreasing ,phosphating and rinsing stage is made of AISI 304 stainless steel . Other sub-pipes are made of UPVC.

4)      Spray nozzle

Made of UPVC material

5)      Exhaust system

Exhaust blower is anti-corrosion type. The exhausting air course is made for 304 stainless steel.

6)  Heating for chemical tanks

   The chemical tanks are heated by oil or gas or heat water. The recycle pump adopted is heat water pipe pump. The heat exchanger in the degreasing and phosphating tank is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

2.Dry off system

1)      Drying oven: lifted bridge type, straight tunnel

2)      Heat exchanger: oil burner or gas burner heating the exchanger

3)      Emission: chimney equipped at the drying channel

4)      The oven consists of sandwich panels filled insulation material between the inner and the outer sheets. Total insulation thickness is 100mm.

5)      The heating unit is insulated with high density insulation material, mounted at the middle side of the oven and has a capability to increase the oven temperature up

6)      Combustion chamber in the heating unit (thermo-block) is a three-pass heat exchanger system, produced from high temperature resistant stainless steel sheet body and transition tubes. Circulation fan is located inside of the heating unit that maintains high efficiency circulation and maximum heat transfer from heat-exchanger to circulating air while passing through this area.

3.Powder spray booth

7)      Booth: made of AISI 201 stainless steel or GI and color coated, thickness: 1.2-1.5mm. the base is made of carbon steel

8)      Recycle: filter cartridge module at each side of the booth

9)      Reciprocator : PLC controlled, easy adjusting on line

10)  Power supply: the recycled powder can be automatically feed back. It is more convenient to add new powder.

11)  Spray gun: optional

4.Curing system

12)  curing oven: lifted bridge type, U-shape

13)  heat exchanger: oil burner or gas burner heating the exchanger

14)  Emission chimney equipped at the channel

15)  The oven consists of sandwich panels filled insulation material between the inner and the outer sheets. Total insulation thickness is 100mm.

16)  The heating unit is insulated with high density insulation material, mounted at the middle side of the oven and has a capability to increase the oven temperature up

17)  Combustion chamber in the heating unit (thermo-block) is a three-pass heat exchanger system, produced from high temperature resistant stainless steel sheet body and transition tubes. Circulation fan is located inside of the heating unit that maintains high efficiency circulation and maximum heat transfer from heat-exchanger to circulating air while passing through this area.

5. Control system:

Centralized PLC control with touch screen or without touch screen, with maintenance switch for the whole system.

Part 2 Quality control

 At the Lianzhong machinery, we hold our suppliers to a higher level of expectation. 
Before We purchase the raw material and components, All Lianzhong suppliers are firstly qualified by a member of our Supply Team, secondly they are inspected & assessed by members of our Quality Control Team and thirdly they are verified only by a Senior QC Manager. All Key Suppliers  have routine inspections to ensure they are in compliance with the standards set in place during the original Supplier Assessment Inspection. 
Our  regular and thorough inspections throughout the manufacturing process,

- Raw material before any production begins
- Pre-production samples to ensure specifications are being met
- In-process to confirm that standards are maintained
- Pre-shipping to ensure that the product arrives to the customer exactly as expected and is packaged correctly to prevent any damage in transit.

Part 3 Delivery date

Lead time of manufacturing: 30-60 DAYS

FOB Shanghai or Ningbo Port

Part 4 Shipping Service

 Lianzhong machinery has a specialized and independent department which just for shipping the buyer's goods .The workers know T/T, L/C Items well. All Exported documents could be made perfectly . Our company cooperates with the most famous shipping company in China also. They could provide the best and economic shipping ways to the buyer's port.

Part 5 Installation and training Services

Lianzhong machinery will dispatche technicians to the Buyer's factory to guide the installation and finish the commissioning. Also our technicians will train the workers how to use and maintain the whole system.

Part 6 Guarantee and after-sale service

Many spare parts will be prepared in the tool box together with machines. The guarantee time is 12 months after shipping.Within the guarantee time, the seller should be responsible for quality problem except for man-made damage or problem caused by wrong operation.After guarantee period, the seller will provide necessary support on the customer’s demand and charge reasonably based on material cost
